Investment in Columbus OH
Hi, i'm newbie on BP.
I want to invest in Columbus OH area.
SFH in around 70k cash, not listing price. for buy and hold. My goal to buy 20%below market( is it possible?how hot the market is?)
I need help in area selection, after reading tons of information i see its not trivial, the zip codes are very mixed, it's needed to drill down to street level) Local opinion is the best!
What areas are preferable for my price range and strategy?
Maybe duplex/triplex is better in Columbus than SFH? BRRR strategy is also interesting, i can consider this as well...

With the current market here anything listed at a discount is getting a LOT of attention and multiple offers. Your best bet is to look at distressed properties and have a rehab team ready to get it rent ready.
