Keeping a "business diary"

I was randomly reading an article that suggested doing this. I keep a personal blog and having one just for real estate seems good. Makes bookkeeping better, keep track of thoughts, see trends, etc. I think also it'd be a fun to look back on things. 

Does anybody do this?
