Need help with Skip Tracing. Can someone do a search for me?

I found a vacant property near my current rental house. Neighbor said the owner passed away and now nobody has paid taxes. Need help finding family relatives, so I can possibly buy the house. Looking for someone who has access to a Skip- Trace site, that will do a little research for.me. Thanks in advance.
