New construction utilities connection - Minneapolis

I'm looking for a budget number to connect to city water & sewer, and gas for a new build in Minneapolis, a vacant lot that has not had utilities before.

Any Minneapolis, St Paul MN  builders or remodelers out there that can help me out?

Following because I planned on looking into this in the summer.  This will vary based on how far your structure is from the connection but a rough estimate would be nice.

You may want to call the public works division, I imagine they have to hookup the actual connections to the city service.  They may also know contractors they have worked with in the past who could give you a quote.

@Jared LaLonde you need to contact an excavator. They are usually who do the trenching and lay the pipe. The utility companies just charge you a flat fee for the use of the "tap". At least that is my experience here...
