Have a property in trinity grove. A rapidly redeveloping area in dallas. 3b2b 1300sqft on a 5600sqft lot. Seeking 150k for my contract. Arv should be in the mid to high 200k and the rehab is about 50k. Problem is. The house was converted into a church. Ugly so it's completely open, and has one hell of an open floor plan. Lol Even the lot next door with no property.. the "same size lot" is appraised to be worth at least 282k. on Zillow. I have advertised on Craigslist ,face book, Letgo , 5 Mile. And signs. And post twice a day. All I get is tire kickers. I have until October 15th on my contract .. been blasting it out since the 28 of Last month... Am I doing something wrong And or does any one have any strategies I might be missing. Thank you

Is there a reason why you’re not listing it with a realtor? Something like this probably requires someone who has a large network of investors too. What do you mean you have until October 15th? Is this a wholesale? @Lawrence Bowden
