Best Out of State markets 2019?
Hey everyone! Was wondering what you guys think are the best cash flow markets in the 50-100k range in 2019 and why do you believe your market is great?

I am personally down in Phoenix, which is proving to be an extremely strong market for multifamily apartments at the moment. Colliers have recently reported 7% rent growth and there are some major employers moving to the area. EG Microsoft, Intel and State Farm jut to name a few.
