1 bed 1 bath family units
Hey BP
Just curious what people think about residential multi family properties that have 1 bed room 1 bathroom units. What is your take on it? What’s your experience?

I jut bought a duplex with 1/1 on both sides. I love it so far. There are two people occupying the entire property now. Rent gets paid, and its very quiet.
I just remembered what it was like when I was single living in an apartment by myself. I got up, went to work, went to the gym, came home cooked dinner, and was in bed by 930.
Screen well, and have a strict lease. People might try and move others in, before you know it you may have 5 people living in one unit (dealt with that at first).
