I’m looking for someone who can relatively provide a quick roof certification for a property I’m closing on soon. They need to be licensed in DC and can possibly provide a 1 year warranty.

No contractor in their right mind will do a roof cert AND give you a 1 year warranty , unless you pony up some big $$$$ .
