I'm from West philadelphia born and raise.... No! I'm not the fresh Prince. Lol. I did make bel Air money in real estate without uncle Phil!

All because I turn negatives into positives! Use my resources and worked hard, some may not have thought my resources where much but the created a path for me I am forever grateful for.

I first did not have any investors in the neighborhood I lived in, so pick someone brain like some of my counter parts I share stories with now was not an option for me. Although it would have been nice, it was not my road.

I did how ever have a grandmom, who love to talk and live in assistant living. I would play bingo with her every Wednesday. During bingo all the old ladies would gather and as they played bingo they would share they latest gossip. Which included who was losing their house why and where. Sometimes they put the person right on the phone with me, and no one gets a quicker result than a grandmom the busiest people pick up!

Also growning in the hood I had a inside track on when I motivated seller was a brewing... selling drugs in the house left 6 months after grandparents pass away the neighbors no this will be gone soon. Someone sick and no next of kin, the neighborhood is aware. You see someone who you know rents, and they move out and the house stays vacant for a year, you know that the landlord is M.I.A. these just a few of the opportunities that I was able to take advantage of because I new what to look for and did not treat my circumstance as a disadvantage but an advantage. We all have an opportunity to make money in real estate no matter who you are, you just may have to use a different strategy.
