Found a distressed property and how to contact the owner?

Hey BP, I had a question!

So I found a distressed property that i would like to purchase and found the owner names of the property but i don’t have their numbers.

I do not know how to get a hold of them?

What do I do? Where do I mail them a card saying I would like to buy their property?

Do I skip trace? If so, what company do y’all recommend?

I’m just confused and discouraged..
