Advice for someone not looking to self manage 1st time STR

New member, but greatly thankful for all the helpful information I've gleaned in the forums so far.

I'm looking to get into LTR (SFH, MFH) in my local area, but prices are too inflated right now to cash flow well enough. I'm resigned to be patient and wait with cash in hand till next year. In the meantime, I'm seeing some softening in prices at a vacation destination about 4 hours from home. My family loves this area and I'm looking to buy a vacation home there, turn it into a cash flow positive STR, and visit there several times a year with the family. I'm a managing partner in a health care company with very little spare time to self-manage the STR. It is an area that is STR friendly and rental demand is fairly strong year round (a little soft early winter and spring).

Looking for some general advice and some helpful answers to the a few questions.   (Thank you in advance!)

1.  How do a I find a company that can coordinate local property management AND online listings/customer service demands via platforms like Air, VRBO, etc?

2.  How much can I expect to pay in fees to minimize my personal outlay of time?

3. Any pitfalls/blindspots with completely sourcing out management for a vacation STR?

Thanks!

Russ.
