What do you guys have to say about buying out of state property’s any advice and has anyone ever bought a property without seeing it in person and just using a power of attorney contract

@Dovi Zagelbaum I have, but it has always been in a place where I have someone I can trust. I'd weigh out your options on this before making a decision.
