Forming a team in Cleveland Ohio

I'm an out of state newbie looking to get into the Cleveland Ohio market. I found a property and want to act fast but I haven't formed a team just yet, however I want to buy this property before it's gone. Does anyone have any contractors,lawyers appraiser and anyone else you can recommend for me just starting up. Any help is greatly appreciated! I'm just eager to start PLEASE HELP
