First deal with weird terms.

Hello, I just got an off market deal and have negotiated a very reasonable price, but the terms are somewhat confusing to me.

The seller does not live in the US and wants me to handle everything from contracts to closing. He does not want to involve any real estate agents and I have to close by march 31. How and where can I get contracts and when should I shedule an appraisal? This is in NM and somewhat small town. I will also use a convetional loan.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

100% you should have a lawyer involved. You need to make sure that the seller has the title and right to sell the property, as well as clear any other title concerns that may come up in the process.

A good RE Lawyer can also draw up contracts for you and keep everything legal.
