Hello Bigger Pockets, investor in Columbus Ohio / Central Ohio. Looking for some new build contractor contacts and good hard money lenders. 

Lookin to build a  3/2 duplex on a lot with a tiny 800sqft house currently if you have any good references for either please let me know!
