Still Good Idea Investing Rental Property In Houston

Vanessa Li
Posted

I am looking for the relatively big city with job, population growth to invest my first rental property. I wish it provides me positive cash flow in each month. Is Houston still a good place to look at? If so, what area/neighborhood around Houston?

@Vanessa Li do you need the cash-flow to live?...if not, it becomes a lot less relevant...would you pass up $200/mo in cash flow for a property that creates $150k in equity in 15-years?

The real question is why have you not purchased a property in Houston yet?
