anyone have any experience in the Oklahoma City market?

HI @Moshe Jungreis, I'll say here . . . most of the areas of that Zip are fairly low caliber. The Greenvale neighorhood is a bit of an oasis there and I'd but it as a B neighborhood in the middle of a D+ or C- area. There're are many folks living there who live there by choice and it really depends on what the end-user you are targeting is and what they do/live/and all the other dynamics.
