Max LTV for private money lender on commercial office or retail.

Whats the max LTV are you guys seeing out there for private lenders, bridge lenders etc; and what credit requirements if any or even lenders that don't require any credit.

Still several out there doing 75LTV on 30 Year Fixed.  For Bridge, you can find 80LTV if your FICO is high enough and you have enough liquidity.

Not aware of anyone who will lend with no credit unless you are in a foreign national or ITIN program.  Even so, those programs won't normally go over 70LTV if not lower.
