10 or 15% fix and flip product for building that is 1/2 office, 1/2 residential
Is there any lenders known for a building that is office on ground floor and 2 residential units upstairs? I want to convert the office into 2 more units. The city does not require a special use permit since there is already existing residential, the hang up is on the lender side. I currently have 20+ doors, so I am somewhat experienced and all of our properties are value added.
Any direction would be greatly appreciated!
