Small local banks

 Hello, 

I invest out of state.  Looking for some local bank recommendations in Las Vegas for possible  cash out refinance.  Property has had a tenant for the last  6 mo.  and they have a 1 year lease.  Used some hard money and need to refinance and get money out.   Any recommendations/ advice would be appreciated.

I like One Nevada Credit Union or RCG.

RCG

RCG is more flexible than the credit union for these types of loans.
