New Investor Financing
Hi new to BP looking to invest in a single family home and curious to know the types of loan financing options, current interest rates and if there any home purchasing programs that will help investors.
I will be investing out of state and unfortunately I will not be living in that state to be considered for an FHA home loan so I'm going the investment route, any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Ty
