@Account Closed, the seller/builder did mention they only work with their title company because they are new builds. So idk if that is a red flag.?

Quote from @Noah Corwick:

Hi Gladys.

Congrats on getting the new home under contract!

Being represented by the home builder's team can be a bit sticky, since those agents don't have your best interests at heart (they literally work for the builder). I would be very cautious and read everything carefully. Time and time again I hear buyers of new construction getting taken advantage and feel that they are unrepresented.

I would definitely use your own Title company if possible. I would 1000% get your own 3rd party inspection done. Anyone that the builder picks will be biased and not come in with fresh eyes.

Best of luck!

Great thank you for that information!

Purchasing a home in Arizona, no realestate agent used, since it was a new built.

what should I be on the look out for, any Arizona Title company highly recommended, and escrow companies if the seller does not choose one?

Any tips or advice please help would be greatly appreciated

Hello looking to purchase in Arizona with Century Communities is this a good builder ?

Also their lender Inspire home loans ?

Any feed back from these companies?

Hi new to BP looking to invest in a single family home and curious to know the types of loan financing options, current interest rates and if there any home purchasing programs that will help investors.

I will be investing out of state and unfortunately I will not be living in that state to be considered for an FHA home loan so I'm going the investment route, any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Ty

@Susan Thelen Anither question I have would be is it smarter to do BRRR or a new build is ok?

I also had a realtor tell me to qualify for FHA I would need to be employed in the states before home purchase , if this is the case would it be better to buy as investment property with 20% down?

David when you purchase these houses to move in say if hey are in a different state do I have to have a established job in that state to purchase the home?
