Lender Collaboration Suggestions
Looking to collaborate with a few lenders on loans in the GA area. Interest is 9 to 12 percent. Payments are Interest Only, and amounts range from 225,000.00 to 400,000.00. Loan Terms are 36 months with 1st position security. The way I have done it in the pass is through note purchase agreements recorded to keep the transaction clean. However, I am open to suggestions.
