I have a few joint venture positions we are looking to fill starting at 25k.  These are positions in transactional loan funding so the terms are very short and the points are 8 to 11 per position.  Please contact me if you are interested reviewing a contract and securing a position. 

Looking to collaborate with lenders by selling partial or all of some of my recently originated notes.  Here are the details and let me know what you all think. 

Interest 9-12 percent

Amounts: 225,000.00 to 400,000.00

Term: 36 Months

Security Position: 1st Position

Payment Type: Interest Only

Do you think note investors will be interested in these notes? 

Looking to collaborate with a few lenders on loans in the GA area.  Interest is 9 to 12 percent.  Payments are Interest Only, and amounts range from 225,000.00 to 400,000.00.  Loan Terms are 36 months with 1st position security.  The way I have done it in the pass is through note purchase agreements recorded to keep the transaction clean.  However, I am open to suggestions.
