Bridge Loans — Still Worth It in Today’s Market?
Some investors love them for fast acquisitions when timing’s tight, while others are cautious because of short terms and rates.
Personally, I’ve seen them help close deals where traditional funding just couldn’t move fast enough.
What’s been your experience? Are you still using bridge financing in 2025, or pivoting to something else?
