Hi everyone. Looking for ideas on how to allow a few small investors ($10000 to $20,000) to invest in a flip project with all of them receiving first position with a mortgage. Anyone got anything creative to share? Thanks in advance.

As individuals, no.  They would have to be part of some entity, which be first.  Only one can be "first".
