I am quite sure this has been asked before but for the sake it hasn't we shall see. I have a private investor but the funds are very limited should we or can we use a HML on the rehab funds side of the house, or do they mostly require to be on the front side of the loan instead of the back or would it even make any difference to them as a HML or us.
