Looking for a HML that lend in Augusta, GA
Can anyone recommend a reputable HML that lends in the Augusta, GA Metro Area? Seems like all the HML listed on BiggerPockets that says they lend in Georgia are only willing to lend in the Metro Atlanta area only! :(
Augusta is the 2nd largest city in Georgia and only 2 hours east of Atlanta. We host The Masters Golf tournament in April which brings millions of dollars into the city every year, with visitors often buying 2nd homes here. We have a thriving medical and cyber security industry with a lot of big name Defense Contractors in the area (Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, etc.)

Tim, I've spoken to Lima One Capital a few times. I haven't actually used them, but they seemed happy to lend in the Augusta area as of 2 months ago.
