I won't have a job becuse I want to go to Texas for 3 to 6 months with my cousin. He is a real estate agent, I really want to flip a house but wanted to know if there are any people who would loan to me so I can go half with him btw I have some knowledge of real estate too and I'm 17 at the moment.

My opinion, forget Texas, get a job, work hard, save your money, learn and plan for the day you are ready to begin. 

Without a solid income and some cash your only option is to have all the cash of your own to invest.

In business you must bring something of your own to the table before you will be of value to anyone else.
