Lender suggestions for a cash out refinance < 6 months old in ATL
Can anyone provide recommendations for a lender that will do a cash out refinance for a property that was purchased and rehabbed in all cash and has been owned for less than 6 months? The property is in Atlanta, GA.

The larger lenders will have seasoning requirements. Since we are a smaller, regional lender we do not have any seasoning requirements. @Robert Fitzgerald @Jonathan Spaeth
