FHA Loan While Self-Employed

I was wondering if anyone could relate their experience qualifying for and FHA loan (or any conventional mortgage financing for that matter) while self-employed. From what I've looked into so far it's more difficult but not impossible.

go talk to the bank...you're right, hard, not impossible.  but, only the banks/brokers can tell you exactly how to do it.
