I need help getting a HELOC on my principal residence. I am 1099 self employed and have about 3k /month in rental income. I I have 150k in equity in the house and im only looking for $50K, but I keep getting turned down. Can someone refer me to a lender? Im in Las Vegas NV
Hey jake, I had good luck with Clark county credit union when I needed a pair of cash out refi’s they were able to get me 75%. and that was on a pair of rentals at the same time.
I’ve also used Bank of Internet, they’re a little slower, But if you get a Costco premium membership for the discount their rates and charges are quite reasonable.
