There have been some questions about @Bob Green on BP. To be honest, I did not know what to expect when he reached out to me. I'm glad that I listened to him and today we closed on my first fix and flip. For first time investors their Line of Credit program is not available, but their terms are reasonable. I got 3.5 pts, 12% I/O, 20% down and they funded 20% of the rehab costs. Bob was great to deal with, he was very quick to respond to emails and stayed on top of the processor to process the loan. There was a slight delay b/c the under writer asked for flood insurance ON the day of the closing. At the end of the day, the important thing is that it closed. I can confidently recommend @Bob Green and I look forward to our next deal together.  THANKS BOB!
