WA state LOC on investment property

Hello BP family!

I am looking for a lender for a LOC on an investment property in WA State (Vancouver). I have been calling around and have found Banner Bank to be the only one. They only offer 60% LTV. Does anyone have any other contacts? I'd like to get a higher LTV. Thanks in advance!
