Hard money/private financing in Huntsville Alabama
Hi! Does anyone here have any good referrals for hard money/private money lenders who work in the North Alabama market? I’ve called some outfits like Finance of America, Groundfloor, and LendTerra, all seem legit, but I’d like to hear from some people who have actually used private money in this area, what their experience was like, etc. Thank you!

I've invested in numerous Groundfloor loans made in Alabama. Several developers have returned to use GF on future projects esp in the Birmingham area. Message me for some references.
