$1m in assets but cash poor - will any lenders finance?
Hey everyone,
I have a situation for a close friend who has almost a million in real estate assets + an insured jewelry store (not sure if thats counts) but made VERY low income last year. Do you know of any banks that would lend an equity line for them? They would want to put it under their primary home which has no mortgage.
Any advice would help, thanks!
