Hi BP members,

I’m just looking for any advice or tips on making your Pitch to potential investors.

I recently had a zoom call and was giving my pitch and it was harder than I thought it would be. It was the first time dong this and I think it showed!

Thanks

Steve

Replied

@Steve Bergeron  As a follow up, there are plenty of options for funding deals.  There was a recent post by @Don Scott about why he loves his private money lenders.  This can be a very fruitful relationship for borrower and lender with private money providing ease and flexibility for the borrower.  Ensuring transparency and being proactive on the part of borrower facilitates the lender's comfort level.  As a lender, I want to have a lot of confidence in my borrower's ability to repay and protect my investment and knowing about them, particularly if provided in a professional way, goes a long way.   It's a great relationship when both parties have the opportunity to succeed. I want my borrowers to be successful because if they are, so will I.   As much as I may lend based on the asset, I want the partnership to be more than just a single transaction.  Makes my life easier as a lender.
