Help with BRRRR Refinance suggestions please!
Hello everyone!
New here and would love some insight and suggestions.
Situation:
I specialised in property development and real estate in Canada, Australia and the UK and got burnt out and decided to take 2018 and majority of 2019 off to travel.
Now I'm starting BRRRR in the US (also, I'm Canadian), has anyone had experience with conventional financing without income record in the last 2 years?
