I am looking for purchase , refinance and fix and flip loans under a LLC . Do you have any advise how I can get this ? Any lenders I can reach out ? Pls advise

It is called a commercial loan @Sameer Jain. Smaller local banks have more flexibility than the big banks. I had success by reading Commercial Loans 101 and following the book's advice.
