Portfolio Lender needed for experienced landlord.
Okay folks, I ran into the proverbial DTI ratio problem with my bank. My bank has been good to me, but is up against his regulations. These are proven rental properties in Central Texas. Looking to expand to purchase more rentals and continue growing.
