Funding my 1st real estate investment with a Small Business Loan

Hi Everyone,

I just formed an LLC and am looking to buy some long term rental properties in Waukesha county/ some parts of Milwaukee County. I am a recent college graduate and now a real estate agent, so the problem I am running into is the financing part. (no bank will give me a conventional loan) So, I was wondering if it was possible to take out a small business loan to fund my 1st investment. And, is this even a good idea, or should I go another route?

@Richie Lepine

Sba loans require business be operating for more than 2 years and they also check your background as well. It’s easier to get a Conventional loan than a business loan for real estate so I wouldn’t spend much time on it.

Hope this helps
