I am looking to get a HELOC on my rental property. Does anyone know a bank?

Hello BiggerPockets friends, I am working on two new construction projects that took almost a year to get permits, now permits are ready and I need to pay the remaining deposit. My plan was to pay the deposit with 0-interest credit cards that I had at that time (Plastiq) but since the permits took so long, the credit cards will charge very high interest now so I really need to find another solution and I was thinking that I have a rental property that has a good amount of equity and I would like to get a HELOC but it is been so challenging to find a bank, if you know any I will appreciate you letting me know or if you have any other idea that could be helpful. My credit score is excellent but the personal loans are difficult for me since I do not have a Green Card yet only my work permit. Thanks in advance.

If it's in FL check out All in Credit Union - They did one for me on a property in Ga and I think they cover Alabama, Miss., Ga, and FL.
