Hi Scott, I have watched YouTube videos about accelerated banking, velocity banking, and pay off mortgage in 7 to 10 years.  I believe it can work for my situation.  I am trying to pay down my first mortgage as much as I can. I am very close to retirement so my time is very short.  Any help is appreciated.
