Seller financing or BRRR deals

Hi pros. Happy New Year. I would like to meet agents who are experienced with seller financing deals and BRRR deals. I am a new investor and I am hoping to get my next property using these strategies. In the meantime I am saving up for the next deal. Is there any experienced agents here who's willing to chat with a newbie regarding this matter? :)

 There are no agents that "specialize" in seller financing. I would add that while seller financing is talked about ALOT, it is a very small percentage (I have read under 3%) of sales are seller financing.
