Subject To - Screening Questions
I have an opportunity that just presented itself for a possible subject 2 deal, and I'm going to have to learn the ropes very fast! Does anyone have a list of common questions that you ask?
For example,
1) What is your current montly payment?
2) What is your interest rate?
What else would one want to know up-front, in order to help make a "deal/no-deal" decision quickly?
