The house if back on the market!

Thanks for the tip, and for the quick response.  The reason I was asking is slightly different than you might think!

I'm in the process of selling my rental, and I've got some good, well-paying tenants in place.  I've got them on a month-to-month lease.  I'm trying my best to sell to another "buy-and-hold" investor (so that I don't have to disrupt their current living situation).  However, in the event that I end up selling to a flipper, the existing tenants will need to scramble to find another place to live.  I'm simply trying to help them out, and was thinking that I would hand them a letter of recommendation from me, a copy of their rent payment history, a listing of nearby rental properties, and perhaps also a listing of property managers (in case any or currently looking for qualified tenants).

Since you are a property manager yourself, what do you think of this approach, and do you have any other suggestions for me, in my efforts to try and help them out?

Hi, does anybody have a list of San Antonio property managers they can share with me?

Bryant,

Sure thing!  Really not much by way of expenses, and not using a management company.  I'll send some items your way.  Thanks for your interest!

It's got a big backyard, a great front porch, and the neighbors really look out for one another (and have also looked out for me in the past-during periods of vacancy, etc.).
