Commercial Notes - Simultaneous Closings
Does anyone know of note buyers that are still doing simultaneous closings on commercial notes? There are a lot of active residential buyers still in the market. Some of the commercial buyers in the market are requiring that the first's months payment be made before they'll buy the note.
