I'm a new investor in Maryland, parkville and Baltimore. I am currently trying to save for the down payment of my first property and wanted some advice about getting financing. I am really considering doing an fha loan. I would like to hear about anyone's experience doing an FHA loan. Thank you in advance

FHA has permanent pmi attatched total the loan. I prefer a 3% or 5% down payment conventional loan to an FHA if it is a single unit property.
