How to fund a down pymt ?

I own 3 rentals and have found a multiproperty deal for about $1M.

My lender will accept 20% down.

I have the $200,000 but it would require selling some stock which I'd rather not do.

I would like to bring $100k with the other $100k coming from somewhere else I'd pay back.

I could pay back the $100k in < 1 year

Are there any options, creative or other to get me to the $200k down payment without tapping my taxable stock portfolio?
