Owner Financing Washington State

Hi all! I'm wondering if there's anyone in Washington state that has gone through an owner financed transaction and could guide me through the steps and legal implications involved!

@Andrew Gudmunson, I personally have not gone through the process myself, however, there is a GR8 deal of info on the sight in reference to this type of transaction.  What exact aspect of this type of transaction are you looking for?  Do you have a RE attorney?  That may be a good place to start.  Are you looking to be the financier or the fiancee?
